Thinkware Launches 'iNavi Max View Prime'
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Thinkware announced on the 13th that it will launch the front 1-channel FHD black box ‘iNavi Max View Prime’.
The new product is equipped with basic FHD video quality and delivers smooth video at 30 frames per second. It produces clearer images through Night Vision, Wide Backlight Compensation, and Automatic Exposure Control functions not only in dark low-light situations such as nighttime and tunnels but also in backlight conditions.
For accident prevention while driving, it supports the ‘Front Vehicle Start Alert (FVSA)’ function that notifies the driver when the vehicle ahead starts moving while stopped, and a Safe Driving Assistant function that informs about speed enforcement zones through a separate external GPS.
It supports video recording functions that can be maintained even during long parking periods. The ‘Time Lapse’ feature enables efficient memory card storage by recording at 2 frames per second, and the ‘Format Free 2.0’ function allows sequential video storage and viewing on PC or smartphones without file conversion or a dedicated viewer.
To prepare for long parking, it includes a battery discharge prevention function that prevents vehicle battery drain, and it monitors the vehicle battery in real time during parking. If the voltage falls below the set threshold, the black box power is automatically cut off to protect the battery, enabling management of vehicle discharge and voltage.
Additionally, it features a ‘Fast Boot Solution’ that operates within 3 seconds of power-on, a ‘3.5-inch LCD’ for immediate video review, and supports various recording modes such as continuous, event (impact), and manual recording to enhance driver convenience.
