[Today's Weather] Daegu and Gyeongbuk Cold in the Morning but Warm in the Afternoon
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Jucheol In] On the 9th, Daegu and Gyeongbuk will experience cold temperatures in the morning and mild weather during the day.
According to the Daegu Regional Meteorological Administration, Daegu and Gyeongbuk will be mostly clear due to the influence of a high-pressure system expanding from northeastern China.
Dryness warnings are in effect for Daegu, Gyeongsan, Sangju, Gumi, Mungyeong, and Yeongju, while dry caution advisories are issued for the eastern coast of Gyeongbuk, Cheongsong, Yeongyang, and Bonghwa.
The morning low temperatures will be around -1°C in Gimcheon, 1°C in Andong, 4°C in Daegu and Uljin, and 6°C in Pohang, which is about 2 to 3 degrees lower than the previous day. The daytime high temperatures will be approximately 13°C in Uljin, 16°C in Andong, 17°C in Gimcheon, and 18°C in Daegu and Pohang, about 1 to 2 degrees lower than the previous day.
Air dispersion will be smooth, so fine dust levels are expected to be at a 'normal' level.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the southern coastal waters of the East Sea, and 1 to 2 meters in the southern and central offshore waters of the East Sea.
