Hankook Tire T Station Expands Smart Safety Service Coverage
[Asia Economy Reporter Suyeon Woo] T’Station, a tire-centered total automotive service specialist under Hankook Tire & Technology, announced on the 8th that it has expanded the product range and eligible vehicles for its Smart Safety Service.
Hankook Tire's "Smart Safety Service" is a service that provides free replacement of a damaged tire with a new tire of the same product within one year or 16,000 km of driving after the customer purchases and installs the tire. Tires damaged due to customer negligence are also covered by the compensation.
Through this service revision, the product range eligible for the service, which was previously limited to premium products, has been expanded across the brand. Products from the Ventus, Dynapro, Kinergy, and i*cept brands can also be enrolled in the service for free when purchasing two or more tires. Additionally, in line with recent consumer vehicle usage patterns, leased vehicles registered under individual or corporate names have been included as eligible for the service.
When using the service, one tire per vehicle is provided once, and simple punctures that can be repaired, uneven wear, or abnormal wear such as step wear are excluded from compensation.
T’Station is a tire-centered total automotive service specialist that provides professional and standardized vehicle management services with expert personnel and advanced equipment. Along with top-level maintenance expertise, it offers services that enhance convenience and reliability for busy modern consumers, such as the Smart Safety Service that compensates with new tires in case of tire damage, and the Today Service that allows same-day installation after online purchase.
