A Woman in Her 50s Found Dead in Gunsan... Suspect Also Deceased
[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Yeon-ju] A woman in her 50s was found dead in a house in Gunsan, Jeonbuk, and the police have launched an investigation. Meanwhile, a man in his 50s who was considered a suspect also died.
The Gunsan Police Station announced on the 8th that at around 9:30 p.m. on the 7th, the family discovered A (54, female) dead in a house in Naun-dong, Gunsan City, and reported it to the police.
According to the police, A was found with her neck strangled by something, but there were no other visible injuries.
The police, focusing on the possibility of homicide, analyzed closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage and reportedly captured scenes of B (52, male), who had recently been dating A, entering and leaving A’s house.
However, B was also found dead around noon that day, having drowned in a reservoir in Buan.
