Incheon Transit Corporation to Hire 225 New Employees... Application Period from 21st to 27th
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyesook] Incheon Transit Corporation is publicly recruiting 225 new employees.
The corporation announced on the 7th that it will hire 225 new employees across 10 fields, including 31 positions funded by savings from the introduction of a wage peak system as part of youth employment measures.
They plan to recruit talents suitable for the job through a blind recruitment process that excludes factors such as gender, place of origin, and educational background.
The common eligibility criteria are ages 18 (born before December 31, 2002) to under 60, with no educational restrictions.
For open competitive recruitment fields (office electrical, signaling, communication, electronics, civil engineering, architecture, mechanical equipment, vehicles), applicants must have had their registered address in Incheon City as of January this year or have accumulated a total of more than three years of residency in Incheon City before January this year.
For restricted competitive recruitment fields (train operation), applicants must hold a 'Class 2 Electric Vehicle Operator's License,' one of the railway vehicle driving licenses, with no residency restrictions.

Applications will be accepted online on the Incheon Transit Corporation recruitment website from the 21st to the 27th. The corporation plans to announce the final successful candidates on June 22 after written exams, personality tests, and interviews.
