Heerim Receives Design Award for Qatar Lusail Plaza Tower... Worth 22.8 Billion KRW

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Chun-hee] Heerim Architects & Planners announced on the 7th that it received a Letter of Award (LOA) from Hyundai Engineering & Construction for the design service of the 'Qatar Lusail Plaza Tower Plot 3&4' project, valued at 18.7 million USD (approximately 22.8 billion KRW).
This project involves constructing the Lusail Plaza Tower, a supertall office and commercial building in the financial district of the Lusail area in Qatar. The building will have 5 basement levels and 70 floors above ground, featuring offices and retail spaces, with completion targeted by the end of 2022.
Previously, Heerim was also responsible for the design of the 'Al Thumama Stadium,' which is scheduled to be used for the 2022 Qatar World Cup. The Al Thumama Stadium is a 40,000-seat venue with 1 basement level and 5 floors above ground, praised for its innovative design that reflects Qatar's cultural characteristics.
