Shinsegae Department Store Offers Board Game Gifts and Home Party Menu Recommendations for 'Jipkokjok'
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Shinsegae Department Store announced on the 2nd that it will give away popular board games for customers who are spending more time at home due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
Customers can choose one of four recently popular board games such as Halli Galli, Top Top, and Da Vinci Code when they purchase over 50,000 won using affiliated cards (Citi, Samsung, Hana, Shinhan) at all Shinsegae stores.
Shinsegae also recommends home party menus for customers spending more time with their families at home. Food recipes will be delivered to customers via smart messages. The menus are mainly prepared using seasonal ingredients such as strawberry salad and Aglio e Olio.
They also carefully selected plates that go well with home party food. Products with bright colors such as Denby’s pasta bowl and Portmeirion’s salad bowl were chosen as items suitable for a spring-themed dining table.
Meanwhile, Shinsegae has prepared discount events to support restaurants that have been struggling recently. The discount benefits provided to customers are all borne by Shinsegae as a win-win event.
Until the 19th, customers can receive an immediate 30% discount when paying with Shinsegae affiliated cards at all restaurant areas. This event allows customers to enjoy famous restaurants such as Casapavo, Dr. Robin, Tokkijeong, and Salvatore Cuomo at reasonable prices.
