[Asia Economy Reporter Joselgina] On the 2nd, under the influence of a high-pressure system, the whole country will be mostly clear, with morning temperatures dropping below freezing mainly in parts of Gyeonggi, Gangwon, and Gyeongbuk.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 1st, the nationwide minimum morning temperature on the 2nd will range from -2 to 7 degrees Celsius. Paju and Cheorwon will experience morning temperatures below freezing at -1 and -2 degrees respectively, and Seoul's morning temperature will be 5 degrees, colder than the previous day.
However, daytime temperatures will rise to 14 to 20 degrees Celsius, making the whole country relatively warm.

Dryness warnings have been issued for Seoul and parts of Gyeonggi, and the air is expected to be dry in most regions. The fine dust level is expected to be 'normal' nationwide. Chungbuk and the Yeongnam region will experience 'bad' levels in the morning.
