[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] Korea Rail Network Authority announced on the 31st that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Korea Expressway Corporation to mutually cooperate on overseas public-private partnership projects. The agreement was conducted via video conference as part of social distancing measures due to the spread of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
