Busan Bank, "Book Your Ultra-Low Interest Loan Consultation via Mobile"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] BNK Busan Bank announced on the 31st that it will implement a mobile loan consultation service for ultra-low interest rate (1.5%) loans targeting small business owners affected by the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), starting from the 1st of next month.
This loan, with a total limit of 300 billion KRW, supports small business owners with credit ratings between 1 and 3, offering up to 30 million KRW per business at an ultra-low interest rate of 1.5% per annum (applied for one year).
Busan Bank has established a ‘mobile loan consultation process.’ This is to preemptively resolve branch congestion and customer inconvenience caused by the surge in consultations for ultra-low interest loans and to provide faster financial support to small business owners facing financial difficulties. A specialized consultation team has also been formed at the head office.
Customers wishing to apply for a loan can make a consultation reservation through the Busan Bank mobile banking application (app). According to the order of reception, specialized consultants at the head office will guide customers on loan conditions, required documents, and assist with scheduling branch visits.
