According to Daegu City, as of midnight on the 30th, the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases increased by 14, bringing the total to 6,624.
The daily number of confirmed cases has significantly decreased compared to 71 on the 28th and 23 on the 29th. The number of confirmed cases, which once reached 700 per day, has remained in double digits for over half a month.
However, sporadic infections continue mainly in group facilities such as psychiatric hospitals and nursing hospitals, causing health authorities to remain vigilant.
