COVID-19 'Rapid Guarantee' Support... Hiring 290 Short-term Workers
Deployment to Regional Credit Guarantee Foundations Nationwide
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] The Ministry of SMEs and Startups announced on the 24th that it plans to hire 290 short-term personnel in collaboration with the Korea Credit Guarantee Foundation and deploy them to regional credit guarantee foundations nationwide.
These short-term personnel are being hired to provide rapid guarantee support for companies affected by the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19). They will be assigned duties for three months after signing their contracts.
The Ministry expects that by simultaneously recruiting experienced financial professionals (with more than two years of experience working at financial institutions or credit guarantee organizations) who can be immediately deployed to guarantee operations at the Korea Credit Guarantee Foundation, along with ongoing personnel reinforcements at regional credit guarantee foundations, the guarantee approval period will be shortened and execution rates will improve.
Applications can be submitted through the Korea Credit Guarantee Foundation recruitment website until the 26th. After interviews and other selection processes, the personnel will support guarantee operations at the headquarters and branches of 16 regional credit guarantee foundations starting next month on the 9th. In addition to personnel reinforcement, the Korea Credit Guarantee Foundation is also supporting rapid execution through small-amount expedited reviews and entrusted guarantees.
