Baemin Academy "Solving Small Business Owners' Labor and Tax Concerns in One Go"
'Free Consulting Program for Restaurant Owners' Opens
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Woowa Brothers announced on the 13th that they have prepared a free consulting program called "Business Concerns, Ask Anything!" at the "Baemin Academy" to alleviate labor and tax concerns of small business owners. This program will be conducted sequentially in three sessions: labor issues this month, tax issues in April, and legal consultation in July.
The labor session will accept applications from restaurant operators through the Baemin Academy website from the 17th to the 25th. A total of 100 participants will be selected, of whom 90 can receive phone consultations and advice from labor attorneys affiliated with Labor Corporation H throughout April. Participants can ask and receive explanations on all labor-related questions such as how to write employment contracts when hiring employees or part-timers, how to distinguish working hours and break times, employment and dismissal, and adjustment of working conditions. For 10 participants deemed to require comprehensive labor consulting, face-to-face consultations and solutions will be provided through discussions with labor attorneys.
Baemin Academy previously held offline lectures related to labor issues, such as "Know-how for Reporting Restaurant Labor Costs" and "Labor Standards Act to Prevent Labor Disputes," in February and November last year. Baemin plans to continuously offer offline education programs related to labor, accounting, and legal matters in addition to this free consulting program.
