DB Group Donates 1 Billion KRW to Overcome COVID-19 Crisis
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] DB Group announced on the 10th that it will donate 1 billion KRW to the National Disaster Relief Association to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and support those affected.
The donation will be used for medical relief supplies, support for those in self-quarantine and residents of living treatment centers, as well as disinfection and prevention activities.
DB Group stated, "We hope this small help reaches those suffering from the unexpected COVID-19 situation and those dedicating themselves to disinfection and patient care on the front lines," and added, "We pray that all citizens unite their strength to overcome the COVID-19 crisis as soon as possible."
Earlier, on the 5th, DB Group provided its Talent Development Center located in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province, as a treatment facility to help resolve the shortage of medical facilities due to the surge in patients.
