Deloitte Consulting Begins Regular Recruitment for New Consultants
[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] Deloitte Consulting Korea announced that it will begin regular recruitment of new consultants starting from the 9th.
This recruitment is the regular hiring for the first half of 2020 and will be conducted over approximately three months from this day until May.
This recruitment is a large-scale regular hiring conducted by Deloitte Consulting for the first time in a year, aiming to recruit the largest number of new consultants in history. A second round of recruitment is scheduled for the fall.
Deloitte Consulting stated, "This recruitment is a large-scale regular hiring conducted for the first time in a year and will be the top choice for talents aspiring to become consultants." This recruitment will be promoted externally through the keyword ‘Explore. Become. At Deloitte.’ which encapsulates Deloitte Consulting’s HR and education culture.
Considering the recruitment of millennial talents, customized PR activities that sincerely showcase the daily lives of actual consultants through social media such as Instagram and Facebook will also be included.
Deloitte Consulting plans to introduce online exams and replace offline briefings in order to flexibly respond to the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and to provide convenience for overseas applicants.
New consultants who pass the final selection will be given opportunities to explore various industries and service areas for 2 to 3 years. During this process, they will receive full support from the company including practical job competency training, opportunities to participate in overseas projects, and networking with global experts. Additionally, all consultants will be assigned a counselor who provides ongoing consultations based on individual strengths and desired career paths.
