On the afternoon of the 7th, Kwon Jun-wook, Deputy Director of the Central Disease Control Headquarters, stated at a regular briefing, "As of midnight on the 7th, among 6,767 confirmed domestic COVID-19 cases, 73% are confirmed cluster outbreaks, and 27% are sporadic cases or cases under investigation." He added, "Also, 63.5% of the total are related to Shincheonji believers." He further noted, "There are still cases under investigation, so the overall scale may increase."
