Gyeonggi Fire Volunteer Fire Brigade Supports Mask Manufacturer Workforce
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] The Gyeonggi-do Fire and Disaster Headquarters Volunteer Fire Brigade has stepped up to assist mask manufacturers to stabilize mask supply.
The Gyeonggi Fire Headquarters announced on the 5th that since the 4th, about 50 volunteer firefighters have been dispatched to six companies in the province that requested prior manpower support, working 6 to 7 hours each day to assist with packaging, transportation, and cleaning.
In addition, the Gyeonggi Fire Headquarters is conducting disinfection activities through volunteer firefighters at each fire station to prevent the spread of infectious diseases in the region.
