The meeting was attended by 31 people, including directors and higher executives of the Office of Education, heads of related departments, and superintendents of cities and counties, to discuss countermeasures following the Ministry of Education's announcement of a two-week additional delay in school openings and efficient on-site support.
The relevant departments of the Office of Education clearly guided school-level response guidelines, including ▲student safety management ▲teacher attendance handling ▲school curriculum operation ▲participation in mask supply stabilization policies ▲guidance and inspection of private academies and tutoring centers ▲home study operation by kindergarten, elementary, middle, high, and special schools ▲emergency care operation measures, and requested cooperation from the education support offices.

Superintendent Park Jong-hoon stated, "The top priority is the safety of students and the field," adding, "We will do our best to carefully and warmly take care of each student so that there is no educational gap caused by the spread of COVID-19."
