11th COVID-19 Case Confirmed in Suwon... Resident of Yulcheon-dong
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] On the 29th, the 11th confirmed case of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) occurred in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province.
Yeom Tae-young, mayor of Suwon, announced on Facebook that "a 23-year-old woman, Ms. A, residing in a multi-family house in Yulcheon-dong, Jangan-gu, has been confirmed positive for COVID-19."
It is presumed that Ms. A was infected during the two-day stay when her parents, who live in Daegu, visited Suwon on the 15th.
Ms. A's parents and family members were confirmed positive for COVID-19 on the 27th and have been hospitalized.
