According to the Seo-gu Council on the 28th, the council members held a meeting the day before and decided this as a gesture of solidarity with the citizens of Daegu who are striving to prevent and contain the spread of COVID-19.
Chairman Kang Gi-seok said, “It is concerning that COVID-19 is spreading through local infections, and I hope no additional infections occur,” adding, “I also hope that the patients currently undergoing treatment recover fully and return to their daily lives as soon as possible.”
