According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, on the 22nd, the entire country will be cloudy as it lies on the edge of a high-pressure system moving southeast from northern China. In particular, very heavy snowfall of around 15cm is expected in the high mountains of Gangwon (altitude approximately 1km or higher).
Fine dust concentrations will be 'bad' in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and the Yeongseo region of Gangwon due to the combined effect of fine dust from the previous day and foreign sources, especially centered in the central region, while other areas are expected to have 'moderate' levels.
