Yeonggwang-gun Conducts 'Hygiene Inspection' for COVID-19 Prevention
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Jeon Seong] Yeonggwang-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim Jun-seong) recently conducted hygiene inspections to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection.
On the 12th, according to the county, intensive disinfection was carried out focusing on 23 public restrooms installed at tourist sites frequently visited by tourists and residents, including Bulgapsa Temple and Baeksu Coastal Road, as well as management facilities such as the Noeul Exhibition Hall and Gandara Relics Exhibition Hall.
Soap or hand sanitizers were provided in the public restrooms to encourage visitors to make handwashing a habit after using the facilities. Additionally, exhibition hall staff who interact with visitors were required to wear masks at all times, and hand sanitizers were placed inside the exhibition halls to fully commit to infectious disease prevention activities.
