Introduction of Online Service for 'Sosanggongin Policy Fund' Certificate
Utilization of the 'Online Certification Service' for Small Business Policy Funds
View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] The Small Enterprise and Market Service announced on the 11th that it will implement an 'Online Certificate Issuance Service' to enhance the convenience of using policy funds.
This service will be available from the 12th through the Small Business Plaza website. Until now, to issue certificates related to policy fund loans such as financial transaction confirmation, principal and interest repayment history confirmation, and debt certification, small business owners had to visit the Small Business Support Center in person. However, from now on, certificates can be issued online without an on-site visit.
As of last year, the number of certificate issuances related to policy fund loans for small business owners who visited the Small Business Support Center reached approximately 26,000 cases. It is expected that the introduction of this online certificate issuance service will improve convenience both in terms of time and cost.
The Small Enterprise and Market Service also plans to provide an inquiry service that allows small business owners to check their policy fund usage status, including loan details and repayment history, online.
