[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Saeng-hye] Green Cross Holdings announced on the 7th that its subsidiary Green Cross Healthcare will acquire 27,482,155 shares of healthcare company Ubicare for approximately 208.9 billion KRW.
After the stock acquisition, Green Cross Healthcare's stake in Ubicare will be 52.7%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is April 29 of this year.
