The GPS Talent Education Institute of Mokpo National Maritime University (Director Kim Nuri) announced on the 6th that it held the "2019 Academic Year Gwangju-Jeonnam National Universities (NUGC) Joint Education Innovation Center Teaching and Learning Competency Enhancement Workshop" over two days on the 3rd and 4th at the Venice Hotel in Yeosu.
The workshop, attended by about 30 teaching and learning personnel from five national universities of the Gwangju-Jeonnam National Universities Joint Education Innovation Center (Gwangju National University of Education, Mokpo National University, Mokpo National Maritime University, Suncheon National University, and Chonnam National University), was conducted through keynote lectures and sharing of outstanding achievements.
The keynote lectures included "Cases of Excellent University Education Performance Management" (Lee Seok-yeol, Director of the Education Innovation Center at Namseoul University), "Cases of University Education Innovation Program Performance Management" (Jung Sung-wook, Director of the Education Innovation Office at Hoseo University), and "Cases of Joint Education Innovation Center Operation in the Chungbuk Region" (Lee Gil-jae, Director of the Education Innovation Research Institute at Chungbuk National University). The sharing of outstanding achievements involved discussions on sharing teaching and learning programs of each university and plans for future implementation.
