A Busan city official stated, “We will prioritize the safety of citizens by thoroughly blocking the occurrence of infections through strict quarantine measures at major hotels and tourist sites in the area,” and added, “We will also do our best to quickly prepare support measures in consultation with the government to address damages to the local small-scale tourism industry.”
