Gwangju City Provides Emergency Special Adjustment Grants to 5 Autonomous Districts
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Seon-gang] Gwangju Metropolitan City announced on the 5th that it will urgently provide a special adjustment grant of 250 million KRW (50 million KRW each) to five autonomous districts to prevent further spread related to confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection.
This special adjustment grant was decided to strengthen quarantine activities and promote lifestyle guidelines in consideration of the increasing number of confirmed cases and contacts of the novel coronavirus infection.
The emergency budget will be used by each autonomous district to purchase disinfectant and quarantine supplies and equipment and to promote awareness to prevent further spread of the novel coronavirus infection.
