Korea Institute for Robot Industry Advancement Holds Integrated Briefing on 22 Billion KRW Support Project

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Chaeseok] The Korea Institute for Robot Industry Advancement announced on the 31st that it held the '2020 Support Project Integrated Briefing Session' at 2 p.m. on the 30th in the auditorium of its headquarters in Daegu.
About 200 people, including representatives from robot companies and companies wishing to introduce robots, attended the briefing session.
Details, methods, and procedures regarding the 22 billion KRW scale public announcement project currently being implemented as robot-related support projects by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups were presented.
The institute conducted the briefing session in the order of introducing the support projects, detailed explanations, and Q&A.
The briefing session was largely divided into four sessions. The first session focused on service robots and component fields. The second session continued with guidance on projects supporting the spread of robot culture and the activation of exports and business.
Next, support projects related to robot introduction in the manufacturing field and financial support programs were introduced.
For those unable to attend due to the novel coronavirus, the institute also broadcast the briefing session live via Facebook Live.

In addition to the projects introduced at the briefing session, the institute plans to announce projects such as the 'Manufacturing Robot Leading Distribution Demonstration Project' to be promoted according to the '3rd Basic Plan for Intelligent Robots' in the future.
