[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Eunpyeong-gu (Mayor Kim Mi-kyung) is recruiting social economy enterprises, prospective startup teams, and public interest activity organizations (NPOs) to move into the 'Eunpyeong-gu Social Economy Hub Center' located in Nokbeon-dong from January 21 to February 3.
A total of 47 seats are available: 32 general office spaces, 5 co-working spaces, and 10 seats for public interest activity organizations.
The recruitment categories include social economy enterprises in the growth or startup phase within approximately 3 years of incorporation, startup preparation teams, and public interest activity organizations (NPOs). Resident enterprises (organizations) will be selected through a first-round document screening and a second-round face-to-face interview.

Selected residents will pay reasonable rent and management fees, undergo annual evaluations, and can reside for up to 3 years.
In addition to office space, residents can use educational rooms and meeting rooms free of charge and receive support for social economy education and local community networking activities.
The Eunpyeong-gu Social Economy Hub Center has a total floor area of 1,100㎡ (333 pyeong) and consists of 90 office seats and shared spaces such as educational rooms, meeting rooms, a common hall, and a shared kitchen. It plays a role in creating a sustainable social economy and local circular economy based on mutual trust and solidarity within the local community.
