As of 3 PM that day, Bitcoin was traded at 10,161,000 KRW on the cryptocurrency exchange Upbit, up 376,000 KRW (3.84%) from the previous day. The trading volume was approximately 47.5 billion KRW.
On Upbit, Ripple (5.08%), Bitcoin Cash (7.83%), EOS (5.47%), Ethereum (5.49%), and TRON (4.26%) also rose.
At the same time, on another cryptocurrency exchange Huobi Korea, Bitcoin was priced at 10,096,000 KRW, up 2.83% from the previous day.
On Huobi Korea, Ethereum (5.38%), EOS (8.93%), and Ripple (4.69%) were also on the rise.
According to CoinMarketCap, an overseas cryptocurrency market data company, Bitcoin was $8,863.37, up 2.09% from 24 hours earlier.
