At the launch ceremony, starting with the oath of the participating representatives, there were sessions on understanding the senior social activity support project, job and safety education focusing on safety and health, and listening to participants' opinions.
In particular, this year, the senior job working period was extended from the previous 9 months to 11 months, and unlike previous years, the project was implemented early, providing the elderly with quality jobs without any employment gaps.
Additionally, a maximum monthly wage of 270,000 KRW per person (based on 30 hours per month) will be paid, which is expected to help increase stable income and contribute greatly to the elderly's active retirement life through participation in the job project.
