Korea Citibank Hosts Investment Strategy Seminar for High-Net-Worth Individuals

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] Korea Citibank announced on the 17th that it is conducting investment strategy seminars for high-net-worth individuals.
Citibank holds annual customer seminars on global market outlooks and investment strategies utilizing its global network at the beginning of each year. This year, starting with seminars in Daegu and Busan last week, it will hold global investment strategy seminars in Seoul's Gangnam and Gangbuk districts, as well as Incheon.
Through this seminar, Citibank aims to introduce its global investment strategies and portfolio-based asset management, helping customers manage their assets more effectively in highly volatile markets.
At the seminar held on the 16th at the Westin Chosun Hotel in Seoul, Park Jin-hoe, President of Citibank, said, “The asset management method based on the model portfolio introduced in the second half of 2015 has shown remarkable results since last year,” adding, “The already proven Citi model portfolio can assist customers in successful asset management at this time when volatility may increase due to geopolitical risks and global trade disputes.”
Meanwhile, Citibank has been providing team-based asset management services that include private bankers (PB), portfolio counselors, insurance, and foreign exchange experts through the opening of large WM centers such as Banpo WM Center in 2015, Cheongdam WM Center in 2016, Seoul WM Center and Dogok WM Center in 2017, and Bundang Center in 2018.
