Crew Member Suffers Ankle Fracture as Aircraft Approaching Incheon Airport from Japan Experiences Turbulence

According to NHK's report on the 15th, on the 12th, Jin Air flight 262, a Boeing 737 passenger plane departing from Kitakyushu Airport in Japan and heading to Incheon Airport, experienced severe turbulence during the flight, resulting in one cabin crew member fracturing the left ankle bone.
At the time, the aircraft was climbing at an altitude about 70 km west of Kitakyushu Airport when the plane suddenly shook violently. No passengers were injured.
