Accordingly, former director C filed an 'unfair dismissal relief application' with the Labor Commission against the former entrusted corporation that dismissed him, but it was dismissed on the 2nd.
Employee B recently collapsed due to workplace stress and even received hospital treatment.
The entrusted corporation, after verifying the complaint and based on CCTV footage, judged that "the director sexually harassed and abused power over employees" and dismissed the director.
