On the 14th, Jin posted on his Facebook, "The logic Yoo Si-min brought up during our phone call was absurd," and explained the past allegations of certificate forgery against Professor Jeong by saying, "I was so frustrated that I hung up the phone and immediately called Representative Shim (Shim Sang-jung) and said, 'Yoo Si-min is crazy.'"
He stated, "Demagogues do not tell the full facts to those they intend to incite. They present only part of the facts and then construct a fictitious whole from them," adding, "When Yoo Si-min and I talked about the issue (the certificate), we both assumed as a premise that the certificate was physically forged."
Former Professor Jin continued, "Yoo Si-min's logic was this: Even if Jeong Gyeong-sim forged the certificate, if the president had delegated the authority to approve to Professor Jeong, then a physically forged certificate would still be legally valid," emphasizing, "Hearing this, I thought this person was much less intelligent than I expected."

Since the original certificate is missing, it cannot be definitively proven whether the copy in Professor Jeong's possession is forged or not," and added, "He claims that although the original never existed in the first place, in court they insist the original existed and then disappeared, and that this argument will be accepted. This logic even appeared slightly on PD Notebook."

He argued, "I don't think Yoo Si-min believes he did anything wrong. To achieve political goals, sometimes deceiving the public is acceptable, and he even believes that this is the way to serve the public," concluding, "This is a totalitarian way of thinking. It is definitely not a liberal mindset."
