[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Lexus Korea announced on the 13th that it held the award ceremony for the ‘Lexus Creative Masters Award,’ a program that discovers and supports emerging artists in the domestic craft field, at Jamsil Connect Two on the 10th.
The theme of this year’s program, which started in 2017, was ‘Senses.’ Among a total of 279 submitted works, artists Jungmo Kwon, Minwook Kim, Junggeun Park, and Dongju Lee were selected as the final winners, each receiving 10 million KRW in production support funds.
The winning works will be produced as the ‘Lexus Edition’ after mentoring by a professional judging panel and will be publicly exhibited at the ‘Seoul Living Design Fair,’ held for five days starting March 11.
