President Yeo and Chairman Kim declared the establishment of a harmonious labor-management relationship at Hanwha Life through a joint labor-management harmony declaration, reaffirming their determination for a leap forward in 2020.
The declaration included commitments to establishing a culture of mutual cooperation based on trust, pursuing continuous innovation toward becoming a top-tier insurance company amid rapidly changing business environments, and fostering a corporate culture grounded in a community spirit where everyone does their best in their respective duties.
Chairman Kim stated, "For a new leap forward in the current situation, both labor and management must have a sense of ownership," adding, "We will contribute to creating a Hanwha Life that meets customer expectations through not only being more faithful to our original duties but also through active cooperation."
President Yeo said, "Thanks to the union's trust and respect for the company, this proclamation ceremony was possible," and added, "We will prepare the company's future together with the union through management that listens more attentively and communicates."
