Hanwha Construction Enhances Developer Capabilities of Employees
"Lecture Held by Inviting Industry Experts to Strengthen Job Expertise"
[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] Hanwha Construction conducted developer training for its employees to strengthen job expertise.
Hanwha Construction announced on the 13th that it held the 'H-Developer Session' on the 10th at the Seoul Federation of Korean Industries Building, inviting experts from the housing and construction industries to give lectures to its employees.
The H-Developer Session was conducted to enhance the job expertise and work capabilities of employees. About 100 Hanwha Construction employees attended the lecture. The lectures were given by Jin-ho Choi, Director of comprehensive real estate development company Pides Development, and Sang-woo Lee, CEO of Exponential, a real estate expert.
Director Choi gave a lecture on the topic of 'Residential Space Trends 2020?2021.' He introduced seven major trends including the concepts of ▲Super & Hyper Phenomena ▲We Do ▲All in Room.
Director Choi explained, "With the Fourth Industrial Revolution, spaces characterized by hyper-connectivity, super-intelligence, and ultra-convergence that transcend existing spatial paradigms will increase, and the sharing economy will be applied to spaces, allowing people with similar hobbies and tastes to share spaces."
CEO Lee gave a lecture on the topic of '2019 Real Estate Market Review and 2020 Real Estate Market Outlook.' He analyzed various statistics, legal and institutional changes, and explained the changes expected in this year's real estate market.
