Hyundai Kia Motors to Offer Free Inspection Service for Lunar New Year Starting from the 20th
[Asia Economy Reporter Suyeon Woo] Hyundai Kia Motors announced on the 13th that it will provide a 'Seol Special Free Inspection Service' for customers visiting nationwide service centers from the 20th to the 23rd of this month in celebration of the Lunar New Year holiday.
Hyundai Motor will offer inspection services at 22 service centers and 1,378 Blue Hands locations nationwide, while Kia Motors will provide services at 18 service centers and 799 AutoQ locations nationwide.
Hyundai Kia Motors prepared this free inspection service to check key parts of customers' vehicles before the Lunar New Year return trip, aiming to prevent various accidents caused by long-distance and long-hour driving.
Hyundai Kia Motors will provide customers visiting service centers with free essential inspection services for safe long-distance driving, including engine oil, coolant, brakes, battery, bulbs, tire air pressure and wear status checks, as well as washer fluid refilling services.
Customers wishing to receive inspections through Hyundai Motor's Blue Hands and Kia Motors' AutoQ can download free inspection coupons from the integrated customer service app myHyundai and Kia Motors' mobile customer app KIA VIK, then visit within the period to receive inspection services. For Genesis, customers can apply on the Genesis website and receive coupons via SMS to obtain inspection services.
A Hyundai Kia Motors official said, "We prepared the free inspection service to assist with long-distance return trips during Seol, the nation's biggest holiday," adding, "We will continue to focus on strengthening vehicle inspections for Hyundai and Kia Motors customers to repay their support."
