Tmon Launches Year-Round Open Recruitment... Introduces Talent Pool System
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] TMON announced on the 13th that it will shift its recruitment process from open recruitment to a rolling recruitment system starting this year.
A TMON representative explained, "This talent pool system is designed to relax restrictions on application periods and provide broader opportunities for applicants."
This year, the positions to be recruited on a rolling basis in the first half include a total of 55 fields such as ▲MD positions ▲partner development ▲platform planning.
TMON operates its own pre-employment screening process called ‘MD Fast Track’ for hiring new MDs on an ongoing basis. When a suitable applicant appears, interviews are conducted once a week. If the applicant passes the document screening and interview process and completes a 6-month contract period, they are appointed as a regular new MD. Outstanding performers may be converted early, and the starting salary is an industry-leading 40 million KRW.
TMON operates a talent pool system for continuous talent registration. Through this, regardless of recruitment periods or processes, applicants can register their work abilities and areas of expertise. When demand arises in a suitable department, TMON plans to prioritize contacting those registered in the talent pool and proceed with the recruitment process.

Lee Jinwon, CEO of TMON, said, “We have fully implemented the rolling recruitment system to hire talent based on job competencies rather than simple credentials and to respond more flexibly to the rapidly changing business environment. Going forward, TMON will continue to strengthen welfare policies for employees to increase satisfaction with the company and provide clear rewards based on performance so that outstanding talents will seek us out first.”
