According to the Daegu Fire and Safety Headquarters, at around 12:10 PM on the 11th, a report was received that 6 to 7 wild boars were roaming on a hiking trail near the Inter-Burgo Hotel in Manchon-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu.
After the report, about 30 people including firefighters, police, and hunters were dispatched to conduct a search operation, discovering about 10 wild boars and capturing one.
The remaining approximately 10 wild boars fled into the mountains during the search operation and were not captured.
