Ministop Launches 'Kkumnamu Dosirak' Featuring 10 Side Dishes
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Convenience store Ministop announced on the 10th that it has launched the ‘Kkumnamu Dosirak’ (Dream Tree Lunchbox) targeted at students.
The ‘Kkumnamu Dosirak’ is a lunchbox prepared to suit the perspective of students. Catering to students’ preference to taste various side dishes at once, it contains 10 different side dishes in one box. It is also characterized by including popular items among students such as bulgogi and fried foods, along with various vegetables, allowing them to enjoy a hearty meal.
The ‘Kkumnamu Dosirak’ includes side dishes such as tteokgalbi, bulgogi, spicy fried dumplings (kanpung mandu), ham kimchi stir-fry, fried egg, seasoned spinach, and stir-fried pumpkin. Additionally, considering students’ budgets, it is priced affordably at 3,900 won compared to similar lunchboxes with comparable contents.
Ministop is also holding a promotion until the 15th, offering customers who purchase the ‘Kkumnamu Dosirak’ a free ‘Nae Mome 70% 500ml bottled water’ or ‘Hamkkeramyeon (cup ramen)’.
