First, the childbirth congratulatory money given to all families with newborns will be raised from the current 500,000 KRW to 1,000,000 KRW.

For the fourth child and beyond, the amount will rise from 4,800,000 KRW to 18,000,000 KRW, paid in installments over a maximum of 60 months.
They also plan to support the out-of-pocket expenses for maternal and newborn health care services, as well as nutritional supplements for pregnant women and infants. Furthermore, to increase the birth rate, various policies will be promoted, including increased support for infertility treatment for couples, provision of diapers and formula milk for low-income families, and operation of free rental rooms for childbirth and childcare supplies.
