[Bitcoin Now] Domestic and International Bitcoin Uptrend... Recovering to 9 Million KRW and 8,000 USD Levels
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Bitcoin, the number one cryptocurrency by market capitalization, continued its upward trend in both domestic and international markets, recovering the 9 million KRW and 8,000 USD levels.
According to the cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb on the 8th, as of 8:20 AM, Bitcoin was priced at 9,267,000 KRW, up 2.70% (244,000 KRW) compared to 24 hours earlier. A total of 74.3 billion KRW worth of Bitcoin was traded during the day.
Most other cryptocurrencies are also showing an upward trend. Bitcoin Cash (2.95%), Litecoin (2.41%), Bitcoin SV (2.19%), EOS (2.00%), and Ripple (1.74%) are rising. On the other hand, ADA (-0.21%) is showing a slight decline.
At the same time, on Upbit, Bitcoin is trading at 9,264,000 KRW, up 4.49% (398,000 KRW) compared to the previous day.
On Upbit, the price movements of cryptocurrencies are mixed. Litecoin (0.70%), Ethereum (0.49%), Bitcoin Cash (0.36%), and EOS (0.31%) are slightly up. Conversely, Ripple (-2.39%), Stellar Lumens (-1.73%), TRON (-1.20%), and Bitcoin SV (-1.02%) are down.
In overseas markets, the upward trend continues from the previous day. According to the cryptocurrency market data provider CoinMarketCap, at the same time, Bitcoin was priced at 8,076.68 USD, up 4.33% compared to 24 hours earlier.
Other cryptocurrencies show mixed movements. Litecoin (1.53%), Stellar Lumens (1.12%), and Binance Coin (0.30%) are rising, while Bitcoin SV (-2.80%) and Ripple (-2.68%) are falling.
