Busan Bank, "Make Branch Visit Reservations via App"
[Asia Economy Reporter Minyoung Kim] BNK Busan Bank announced on the 6th that it will implement a branch visit application service that allows customers to make consultation reservations via mobile.
This service enables consultation reservations and mobile ticket issuance through the Busan Bank mobile application (app). Customers who find it difficult to use the app can apply for consultation reservations through each branch.
The services available for reservation include deposit consultations, personal loan consultations, corporate and self-employed loan consultations, and export/import and overseas remittance consultations, which can be reserved in 30-minute increments.
Busan Bank expects that customers can receive consultations at their desired time without waiting, and employees can prepare consultations tailored to customer needs before their visit, providing high-quality service.
Additionally, the mobile ticket issuance service allows customers to check the current waiting customer status and receive a ticket for the desired service before visiting the branch.
On business days, the service is available by accessing the mobile app from 9:00 AM until 3:50 PM, which is 10 minutes before closing time, through the branch visit application menu.
