The actual transaction prices for jeonse deposits of detached houses in December last year are as follows.
Seoul area saw jeonse deposits for detached houses ranging from a minimum of 800,000 KRW to a maximum of 33,000,000 KRW per 3.3㎡. A detached house located in Sindang-dong, Jung-gu (exclusive area 16㎡) was leased at the lowest deposit of 5 million KRW, while a detached house in Gunja-dong, Gwangjin-gu (exclusive area 82.44㎡) was leased at the highest deposit of 761 million KRW.
Busan area had jeonse deposits for detached houses ranging from a minimum of 670,000 KRW to a maximum of 18,330,000 KRW per 3.3㎡. A detached house in Udong, Haeundae-gu (exclusive area 26.44㎡) was leased at the lowest deposit of 8 million KRW, and a detached house in Myeongnyun-dong, Dongnae-gu (exclusive area 87.14㎡) was leased at the highest deposit of 220 million KRW.
Daegu area showed jeonse deposits for detached houses ranging from a minimum of 570,000 KRW to a maximum of 18,000,000 KRW per 3.3㎡.
