Guro-gu (District Mayor Lee Seong) will hold the 2020 New Year's Greeting Meeting on the 10th.
Guro-gu announced on the 5th that to welcome the Year of the Metal Rat (Gyeongja Year), it has prepared the New Year's Greeting Meeting to gather figures from various fields and residents to exchange New Year's greetings and share the direction of district administration.
The New Year's Greeting Meeting, held at the Grand Ballroom on the 11th floor of Sindorim Technomart, will be attended by about 1,000 people including District Mayor Lee Seong, members of the National Assembly, city and district council members, heads of related organizations, and local residents.
The event will begin with a congratulatory performance by the Guro-gu Youth Orchestra, followed by the screening of the "2020 Residents' Wishes" video, New Year's address by District Mayor Lee Seong, New Year's greetings, and a toast proposal by Kim Ki-hyun, CEO of the young entrepreneur company Insteps. Mayor Park Won-soon will deliver New Year's greetings via video.
