[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Mapo-gu (Mayor Yudonggyun) will hold the '2020 Dong (Neighborhood) Work Report Meetings' in 16 neighborhoods from January 3 to 31 to welcome the Year of the Rat.
The 'Dong Work Report Meetings' were prepared to share the development direction and major projects of the district in 2020 with residents, along with the mayor's New Year's greetings, and to listen to residents' opinions.
The most notable content of this year's 'Dong Work Report Meetings' is the 'Presentation of Dong Vision.' The vision of each neighborhood serves as the core value leading the neighborhood throughout 2020, and each neighborhood plans key priority projects based on this vision to lead the neighborhood together with residents.
Also, district council members, senior citizens' association presidents, and heads of professional organizations representing the neighborhoods will attend, and it is expected that they will actively present opinions on neighborhood affairs more than ever before.
The main schedule for the 2020 'Dong Work Report Meetings' starts with Yeomni-dong on January 3, followed by ▲ Seogang-dong on the 6th ▲ Sinsu-dong on the 7th ▲ Seogyo-dong on the 10th ▲ Yonggang-dong on the 13th ▲ Hapjeong-dong and Mangwon 1-dong on the 14th ▲ Gongdeok-dong on the 15th ▲ Dohwa-dong on the 16th ▲ Daehyeong-dong on the 20th ▲ Seongsan 2-dong on the 21st ▲ Mangwon 2-dong on the 22nd ▲ Seongsan 1-dong on the 28th ▲ Ahyeon-dong on the 29th ▲ Sangam-dong on the 30th ▲ and Yeonnam-dong on the 31st.
At the Yeomni-dong work report meeting held on the 3rd, time was spent sharing with residents and listening to opinions on ▲ the '2020 Yeomni-dong Salt Festival' prepared and participated in directly by residents ▲ the creation of a hub-type village resting place where residents can communicate ▲ the establishment of a shared kitchen (Birth of Sikgu) in the idle space of the neighborhood community center for Yeomni-dong residents to share together ▲ and the One Company One Village Love Sharing Project.
