According to Real Estate 114 on the 4th, in the second week of January 2020, subscription applications will be accepted for 7,727 households (based on total households) across 14 complexes nationwide. Subscription will begin for 'Geomdan New Town Paragon Central Park' in Seo-gu, Incheon, 'Villiv Premier' in Jung-gu, Daegu, and 'Dangjin I-Park' in Dangjin, Chungnam. Newlywed Hope Towns will be supplied in Sejong City and Yangsan, Gyeongnam.
Dongyang Construction Industry will supply 'Geomdan Paragon Central Park' in AA2 Block of Geomdan New Town, Seo-gu, Incheon. This complex will be supplied with 12 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, totaling 1,122 households. All households have an exclusive area of 84㎡. The sale price is set between 374 million and 430 million KRW. When the Incheon Subway Line 1 Geomdan Extension, scheduled for 2024, opens, a station will be within a 3-minute walk. By transferring to the Airport Railroad at Gyeyang Station, just one stop away, it will be possible to reach Seoul Station within about 30 minutes.
The currently operating English Village and Edible International School are adjacent to the complex, and elementary, middle, and high schools are planned to be built nearby. Subscription starts with special supply on the 7th, followed by first priority on the 8th and second priority on the 9th. Winners will be announced on the 15th. Contracts will be signed over three days from the 28th to the 30th. The expected move-in date is June 2022.
