Eunpyeong-gu Private Daycare Association Donates 'Love Coin Fundraising Amount'
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] The Eunpyeong-gu Private Daycare Center Association (President Noh Young-joo) expressed their desire to "help low-income children in need at the end of the year, even if just a little," and on December 27 last year, they donated 12,256,000 KRW collected from the Love Coin Collection campaign to Eunpyeong-gu (Mayor Kim Mi-kyung).
The Eunpyeong-gu Private Daycare Center Association planned the '2019 Joy of Sharing' Love Coin Collection event targeting enrolled children. The funds raised are used annually to assist low-income children in need at the end of the year through the 'Joy of Sharing' Love Coin Collection event. In 2018, they also donated 12 million KRW to Eunpyeong-gu.
Noh Young-joo, President of the Eunpyeong-gu Private Daycare Center Association, stated, "'2019 Joy of Sharing' Love Coin Collection event is a twofold educational opportunity that can instill values from an early age," adding, "We are grateful to have the chance to share warm support with vulnerable neighbors in Eunpyeong-gu through this event, and we will continue to practice sharing to contribute to the local community."
